Why can’t I log into RenWeb and does it have server issues often?

I’ve been trying to log into RenWeb to check grades and assignments, but it keeps timing out or saying my credentials are invalid, even though I’m entering the correct information. It worked fine last week, so I’m not sure what changed. Is this usually caused by school-side server maintenance, password sync issues, or browser compatibility problems? If anyone has experienced login errors recently, what helped you fix it?
