Why can't i up vote on Youtube?

Anyone know why I can’t upvote on YouTube? Keep running into issues!

Users find it difficult because of the following primary factors:

1. You are not signed in.
2. The Internet is not working.
3. The application or browser has to check for updates first.
4. Extensions on your browser cause conflict and thereby performance issues on your system.
5. The YouTube platform seems to encounter errors in performance testing that lead to temporary unavailability.

Users should log in to his or her accounts, refresh the page, and check to update browser and/or application.

There is no ‘upvote’ on YouTube as the platform uses ‘likes’ and ‘dislikes’ as opposed to a system of upvotes. These platforms tend to use upvotes like Redd… While on YouTube you can like videos and comments, not all actions are dubbed ‘upvote’, as there is on forums and Q&A sites.
