Why Instagram keeps logging me out continously?

Instagram may log you out repeatedly due to:
- App glitches or an outdated version
- An account logged in on multiple devices
- Cache or data corruption
- Security issues or suspicious activity
- Third-party app interference
- Update the app
- Clear cache
- Change your password
- Or reinstall Instagram.
