Why is the iPhone touch screen not working?

Mu iPhone touch screen is not working, does anyone know what could be the reason for this, and how to fix it?

Solution

1. Reset RAM & Memory

• Hold on the volume up button & power button
• A new screen appears; if it appears, continue the steps to cancel it from the bottom option.
• Finally, enter your passcode to open your device.

2. Power off the Device Using the Volume Buttons

• Quickly click & release the volume up button.
• Quickly click & release the volume down button.
• And hold on the power button till the Apple logo appears.
