Are rainbow six siege hacks detectable?

Curious if rainbow six siege hacks still get players banned or flagged quickly looking for recent experiences. If you’ve tested or seen evidence, what happened (bans, performance issues, or false positives)?

from what I’ve seen recently, yes: hacks in Rainbow Six Siege can still get detected and banned fairly quickly. For instance, the devs at Ubisoft recently rolled out an update where players caught bot-queuing or using blatant scripts are now permanently banned on first offence rather than just a temp ban.
Also they mention the anti‐cheat team is now using a “Data Ban” system + machine-learning to reduce delay in bans.
So, for anyone thinking “oh I’ll just run a small wall-hack for a bit” yes, you risk getting caught. The harder question: all hacks are detectable? Probably not 100%.

Not totally convinced. Look, I’ve seen snipers who seemed to shoot through walls every round, report them, etc. And I have also seen posts by players claiming they were falsely banned:
  • Some hacks still slip past detection, or
  • Ban timing is delayed so it feels like nothing happens, or
  • False positives happen (which hurts legit players).
If you’re talking about “safe” hacks that are well hidden? Those might survive longer. But risky ones? Probably not.

Oh yeah I hacked once… do I regret it? Absolutely. 😂
Kidding. But seriously: imagine you’re using a wall-hack and you’re feeling like John Wick every round. Then one day the match just ends mid round and you get booted and banned. That’s apparently what Ubisoft wants you to feel.
So yes your hack feels safe until it doesn’t. Then you’re out.

Pro tip: don’t be the guy who keeps getting “360 no-scope through every doorway” because that draws attention. Low-key hacking might buy you rounds, but high profile = much faster ban.

here’s where we go deep: Detection vs. Guarantee. Ubisoft’s anti-cheat stack (including BattlEye) is always active, always updating. They explicitly state there are still undetected cheats or exploits alive.
So for any hacker reading this: yes you might get away with it for a time, but you’re playing a risk game. Also: if you pick up cheats from a good provider, the provider’s shelf-life may be short because anti-cheat will catch up.
For legit players: don’t rely on “no cheaters at all” instead: rely on the system getting better, report offenders, and accept that some level of risk remains.

I want to add a cautionary note: from purely casual-player perspective — the system can catch you even if you weren’t cheating. There are multiple testimonies:

I was banned for cheating even though I've never used any cheats”
So if you’re on PC and your config is weird, or you use third-party overlays/tools (even benign ones), there’s a non-zero chance you’ll get flagged.
If you’re considering whether “hacks detectable?” = “safe to use”? The answer is no: there’s some risk.
If you’re a legit player, just be careful about what extra software you run, make sure your account is secure, avoid stuff that might look like “modded client” or “unauthorized software”.
