Has anyone analyzed if the best time to post on Facebook in 2026 has shifted compared to previous years? I’ve come across mixed data some say weekday mornings work best. Would love to know what’s actually working for your pages this year.

Facebook will have the same trends regarding the time of the year when it will be best to post:

1. The maximum traffic is during the weekdays (Monday-Friday) and the time interval between 9 AM to 1 PM.
2. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, businesses are usually good.
3. Do not post at late times when the traffic is low such as in weekends.

This will vary according to the time of the day, depending on your followers, and thus, it is always good to view the Facebook Insights so as to determine the time that your followers are most active.
