Does anyone have good faq templates that actually improve user experience?

I’m updating the help section of our website and realized our current FAQ page is messy and unstructured. I’ve been searching for faq templates online, but most of them feel either too corporate or too generic. I want something that feels natural, easy to scan, and actually helpful instead of robotic. Also, how many questions are too many? Should FAQs be short and direct, or slightly detailed? If anyone has examples or structure suggestions that worked for them, I’d really appreciate it.

The best approach is to categorize them. If you have more than 10 questions, group them into sections like "Shipping," "Account," or "Billing." Huge walls of text just make people leave the page and email support anyway, which is exactly what you're trying to avoid.
