I’m trying to understand does Google Meet have a time limit, especially for free users. I’ve seen mixed information about how long meetings can last depending on the type of account. Can someone explain the current time limits and whether they are different for one-on-one and group meetings?

Google meet has time limits based on the plan of the user. One-on-one meetings using free personal accounts are limited to a maximum of 24 hours, whereas a group of three or more people should have a meeting session of 60 minutes. After one hour, the automatic disconnection is done through the call. In order to conduct longer group meetings, users have to pay a Google Workspace membership to support the extended length of meeting.
