In my experience, no. The algorithm is now much smarter than ever. The majority of websites that provide free tiktok views only send robot traffic that gives a click in half a second. As the FYP relies largely on the watch time and completion rate, the poor-quality views on the free tiktok actually communicates to the system that your content is uninteresting, and thus it kills your reach even more quickly.
I set it on a burner account so I could know what happens. I received approximately 1k free views on tikTok in an hour, but I did not notice any engagement. No likes, no following, no comments. It is incredibly questionable to any one looking at your profile that you have thousands of views (no one is even engaging with the video).

When they get a giant spike of free tiktok views originating in a server farm in another nation, they will mark your account as suspicious activity and you will be lucky to have 10 views on the next post.

As an inexperienced producer, do not go anywhere near this. It is not merely a poor retention rate but that you are programming the algorithm to display your videos to machines rather than humans. Although these free tiktok views get you a better number on the screen, it will not assist you in the creation of a community or you appearing in the FYP of your actual target audience.

The views do not come with shares and saves and therefore the algorithm would ignore those. A million free tiktok views are nothing when nobody saved the video, because Tik Tok believes that it is not worth mentioning to other people. It is a vanity measure that is better left off than on with the recommendation engine.
