For Professionals in 2026, Is LinkedIn Premium Worth It or Just Overhyped?

I’ve been considering upgrading and keep asking myself, is linkedin premium worth it for someone actively job hunting. The features like InMail, profile insights, and job applicant comparisons sound useful, but I’m unsure if they actually make a difference. If you’ve used LinkedIn Premium, did it help you get interviews or better visibility? Or did you feel the free version was enough? I’d love to hear real experiences before committing to a monthly subscription.

The biggest perk for me wasn't the jobs, it was the LinkedIn Learning access. If you're looking to upskill or need those certifications on your profile to pass the ATS filters, that alone almost covers the subscription cost. But for just "seeing who viewed your profile"? Total overhyped vanity metric.
