Help my account got locked out superstar919134 ive dont know if even put email or not ive need access i an locked out ive to unlock so get access

Um thank ive try that send them email on Gmail um didn't w I red reply back also not sure if send correct email yeah didn't put phoned number or birthday any suggestions love to hear them I've don't have to get my account to log locked want to unlock it
 
Am thinking deactivating the account and then restart pointless with without email and phone number but going to lose the account and can had people private they might nit add me start from scratch is only way
