How do I cancel my Amazon Prime membership?

I’m thinking of canceling my Amazon Prime subscription but I’m not sure how to do it. What’s the step-by-step process to cancel, and will I get a refund if I cancel early?
Also, will I lose access to Prime benefits immediately after cancellation?

Click on your Amazon account, under Account and Lists, Prime Membership and then, Manage Membership. Click End Membership and follow the steps of confirmation. Your benefits are applicable till the current billing period is formally over.
