You just have to go to the Chat screen, long-press on their name, and then tap "Manage Friendship." From there, you’ll see the "Remove Friend" option. It’s pretty quick once you get the rhythm down, but yeah, it's one by one.

It is actually insane that in 2026 we still don't have a bulk delete option. I have like 400 people to clear out and I have to sit here and tap through three different menus for every single person? Snapchat's UI is literally designed to be as annoying as possible.

If you're worried about them still seeing your stuff after you delete them, make sure you check your Privacy Controls in Settings. Set "View My Story" and "Contact Me" to "Friends Only." If you just remove them and your profile is public, they can still see your posts.

At this point, it’s probably easier to just delete the whole account and move to a deserted island. Or just let the high school ghosts haunt your feed forever.

Are you sure they’re even still active? Half my list is just "ghost" accounts that haven't posted since 2019. Just leave them, they aren't hurting anyone lol.
