How do I find out exactly how much VRAM my PC has?

I have been gaming on my PC for a while but I never actually checked how much VRAM do I have on my graphics card. I want to find out how much VRAM my GPU has before I start playing some newer titles that require more memory. What is the easiest way to check this information directly on Windows?

hey @Cstanasle, tbh, you can check your gpu's vram in the device specs, wait, i think it's also shown in the gpu settings, actually, with the new windows 11 update in 2026, it's pretty easy to find

honestly, you can just check your gpu's details in the device manager, or use a tool like gpu-z, which is pretty useful, especially with the rise of ai-powered gpu acceleration in 2026

yeah, i've been there too, trying to figure out my vram, honestly, i think you can just use the gpu-z tool, it's pretty simple, especially with all the advancements in gpu tech this year, 2026 is all about optimization

yeah, honestly, gpu-z is still the way to go, wait, i think it's even more relevant now with all the fuss about ai-powered gpu acceleration in 2026, tbh, it's pretty simple to use

So you're getting the "this site can't be reached" error, that's really frustrating. I've been there too, and usually it's because of a connectivity issue or the site itself is down. Try checking your internet connection, restart your router if needed, and see if the site is working on other devices. If that doesn't work, it's possible the site is experiencing technical difficulties, you can try checking their social media or support page to see if they've announced any outages. Sometimes clearing your browser cache and cookies can also resolve the issue, so you might want to give that a shot too.

To check your PC’s VRAM, press Windows + R, type dxdiag, and open the Display tab to view dedicated video memory. You can also go to Task Manager > Performance > GPU to see total and dedicated GPU memory details.
