How do I use Android multi tools to bypass a pattern lock?

I’m trying to recover a device and heard Android multi tools is the best option. Does anyone have a guide on how to set it up?

If the phone is not yours or you have no permission, then bypassing a pattern lock is not something you should do. If it is your own device, safe methods for unlocking include using Google account recovery, Find My Device (erase to unlock), or a factory reset via recovery mode. Be aware that this may delete your data. Android Multi Tools and other such software frequently fail to work on the latest Android versions and can also put your data at risk or cause security issues.

Make sure you have the right drivers installed on your PC first or the software will not even recognize the device. After installing the drivers, the Android multi tools setup just has to be run and the choice to check device status must be made to verify whether it is connected or not.

I attempted to use android multi tools last week with a comparable problem but it is not always easy to accomplish unless the usb debugging is already enabled. When you are able to get it into fastboot mode then the tool is much more useful when it comes to bypassing those old lock screens.

It is as simple as downloading the zip file and unzipping it to your desktop. All you need to do is open the folder and run the executable as an administrator and then just type number 2 or 5 according to the version of the android multi tools you are using to reset the face or gesture lock.

To tell the truth it is much simpler to simply use the recovery menu and wipe it but in case you really require the information then it is better to use Android multi tools. You need to just listen to the cues in the command window to ensure that you do not brick the software.

Ensure that your cable is good as the cheap ones always lose contacts along the way. After the terminal has unlocked in Android multi tools all you have to wait is until the ID of the device appears before you attempt to break the pattern.

It is an old school program that is still functional with simple pattern locks. You only need to plug the phone in data mode and leave the Android multi tools do all the hard work though it may not be compatible with the latest security patches.

In case the tool fails to identify the phone, change the usb ports. In some cases, the front ports of a computer do not provide sufficient power to send the reset commands of the Android multi tools.

I would not be able to avoid locks or security. In case of lockout, resort to Google account recovery, factory-approved ways of factory reset, or an official service center and provide owner evidence.
