I’ve heard about multi view YouTube TV on computer but don’t know how to enable it. Can you watch multiple streams at once on a desktop? What are the requirements or limitations?

Multiview on YouTube TV lets you watch multiple channels at once on one screen, mainly for sports. On a computer, it’s more limited than on TVs—you typically select a pre-set multiview stream rather than customizing layouts. You can switch audio between streams and enlarge one view. Availability depends on events and regions, so not all users or programs support multiview on desktop yet.

Multi-view on YouTube TV enables you to watch several live channels simultaneously however on a computer, it operates differently than on TVs. Generally, desktop users are unable to customize multi-view freely, Google only offers pre-arranged multi-view streams during main events such as sports. You pick a multi-view option from the live guide and it shows you multiple channels in a single player. You are allowed to change audio or the main focus in between streams, but customization is very limited as compared to smart TVs or streaming devices.

You can definitely watch multiple streams at once on a desktop with YouTube TV's multi-view feature, it's pretty cool. To enable it, you just need to be on a computer, not a mobile device or TV, and have a decent internet connection. Once you're on the YouTube TV website, you can right-click and select the multi-view option, or sometimes it's available in the settings menu. You can watch up to four streams simultaneously, which is great for sports or news. However, keep in mind that not all streams are available in multi-view, and the quality might not be as high as watching a single stream.
