How to block someone on facebook without unfriending them?

Need to get rid of few people from my Facebook so just wanted to know how to block someone on facebook?

Blocking someone on Facebook means you won’t see each other’s posts, messages, or profile—and it also automatically unfriends them. There's no way to block and still stay friends.

Go to the person’s profile, click the three dots (menu), and select Block. This will block them without removing them as a friend.

To block someone on Facebook without unfriending them, go to their profile, click the three dots (•••) next to the message button, and select “Block.” This will prevent them from seeing your posts, messaging you, or interacting with your profile—without having to unfriend them first.
