How to clear Instagram cache on iPhone?

My Instagram keeps crashing and running too slow. I have been suggested to clear the cache of the application, but I do not have any idea how to perform the process. So, is there anyone who can guide me to clear the Instagram cache on iPhone?

If you plan to clear the Instagram cache on your iPhone, delete the app and then reinstall it from the App Store. This removes stored data like images and videos. Once you reinstall and log back in, the app will work normally but with less clutter from old files.
