Hi all, How to clear teams cache on Windows? My Microsoft Teams is slow and glitchy. What are the correct steps?

To clear Teams cache properly, first completely close Microsoft Teams. Then, on Windows, navigate to %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams and delete the contents of the Cache, Blob_storage, databases, GPUCache, IndexedDB, Local Storage, and tmp folders. Restart Teams to rebuild the cache and resolve performance issues.

Clear Teams cache properly by exiting Teams and removing cache folders. Navigate to %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams on Windows or ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams on Mac. Delete contents of Cache, Blob_storage, databases, and IndexedDB folders. Relaunch Teams to regenerate cache, improving performance and resolving display or syncing problems.

To clear Teams cache properly, ensure Teams is not running. Access the Teams cache folder on your system and delete all data inside Cache, Blob_storage, databases, GPUCache, IndexedDB, and Local Storage. Reopening Teams will rebuild the cache and typically resolves performance or syncing errors.
