How to create a drop down list in Excel with multiple selections in 2025?

Can anyone tell me how to create a drop-down list in Excel with multiple selections easily. I am bit confuse about it. Please help me ASAP!

Create the Drop-Down List

• Select the cell or range where you want the drop-down list.
• Go to the Data tab ➜ Click Data Validation.
• In the dialog:

Choose List from the "Allow" menu.
In the "Source" box, enter the list items (e.g., Apple, Banana, Mango) or reference a range like =A1:A5.

• Click OK.
