How to create custom skins in call of duty without third party app?

Without the use of third-party tools, it's not possible to make fully custom skins in Call of Duty. The game only permits in-game customization, for instance, unlocking camos, operator skins, blueprints, and cosmetics by means of challenges, Battle Pass, or the store. Creating or importing custom skins beyond these alternatives is not supported by the official version and may result in your account being banned.
