How to fix geforce experience error code 0x0003?

GeForce Experience throws geforce experience error code 0x0003 and won’t open. I’ve restarted NVIDIA services and reinstalled the app, but it keeps coming back. Has anyone resolved this permanently what services/settings or clean-install steps worked for you?

Bro I legit fought using this error for 2 days or so. What finally fixed it for me was that I did a clean install via DDU. Boot into the safe mode -> run DDU -> remove all Nvidia drivers -> restart -> install the latest driver only( NOT GeForce Expereience). Then install GeForce experience after. Haven’t seen 0x0003 since.

For me it was more literally the Nvidia Telemetry service. For one thing, it was disabled for some reason.
Go to Services.msc → find NVIDIA Telemetry Container → set it to Automatic → Start it.
Boom, GFE opened again. Strange as it sounds I don't know why this will break randomly.

GeForce Experience woke up one day and decided that it hated me too
I have fixed it by uninstalling everything Nvidia on it, deleting nvidia folders in ProgramData + AppData, reinstalling a fresh copy.
It's basically like giving GFE a hard reset and telling him/her to think about their life choices.

Don't even bother with GFE, it's actually so buggy that it's not useful. Just install the driver by yourself. Error 0x0003 is usually the services getting corrupted and it keeps coming back no matter what you do.

Nah man, GFE works for most people just fine. 0x0003 usually is killed nvidia services.
Try this combo:

1. Open Services
2. Restart Nvidia Display service Container, Local System Container, Network Service Container
3. Then execute Geforce Experience as administrator

It was like 10 seconds he fixed it for me.

In order to correct error 0x0003, enter services.msc in win + R, find all NVIDIA services. Restart each of them using the right-click. In case of the mistake, uninstall GeForce Experience and install the current version of the software on the NVIDIA site.
