How to forward calls on iPhone?

I’m trying to figure out how to forward calls on iPhone but can’t seem to find the right settings. Can anyone explain where to enable call forwarding and if it works for all carriers?

To place forwarding calls using your iPhone, download Settings Phone Call Forwarding and then use the toggle to enable it. Then type in the number to whom you wish your calls to be forwarded to. When this is established, all calls coming will be forwarded to this number until you disable the feature.
