How to pair AirPods to iPhone?

To pair AirPods with an iPhone, open the AirPods case near your phone. Make sure Bluetooth is on (Settings → Bluetooth). A popup should appear—tap Connect and follow the on-screen steps. If nothing shows, reset the AirPods (hold the button on the case) and try again. Works every time!
 
Turn on your iPhone’s Bluetooth and open your AirPods case beside it. A setup card will pop up—tap Connect. If you don’t see it, press and hold the button on the back of the case until the light flashes, then try again.
 
Make sure your iPhone’s Bluetooth is enabled. Hold the AirPods case near the phone with the lid open. You should see a prompt to connect—just tap Connect. If that fails, reset the AirPods and try again.
 
With Bluetooth on, open your AirPods case next to your unlocked iPhone. A pairing animation will appear—tap Connect. If nothing happens, reset the AirPods and try holding them close to the phone again.
 
Just open the AirPods case near your iPhone and wait for the setup screen. Tap Connect when prompted. If it doesn’t show, try toggling Bluetooth off and on, or resetting the AirPods by holding the button on the case.
 
Go to Settings → Bluetooth, open your AirPods case near the iPhone, and wait for the pop-up. Tap Connect. If it won’t pair, reset the AirPods case with the button on the back and try again.
 
Turn on Bluetooth on your iPhone, open the AirPods case by the phone, and tap Connect on the pop-up. If it doesn’t appear, hold the setup button on the AirPods case until it flashes, then retry pairing. Works for every model.
