How to look up Instagram posts by Google search?

Can anyone explain how to look up Instagram posts by Google search effectively? I’ve seen public Instagram posts appear in Google results but don’t know the correct search operators. I want to find posts by hashtags, usernames, or keywords. Step-by-step guidance would be appreciated.

From what I’ve done, you can search Google like this: site:instagram.com username keyword. It’ll pull public posts with that keyword from that account. Works best for accounts that aren’t private.
