How to reload folders in File Explorer Windows 11 easily?

I think there are some files that and folder that need to reload in my Windows 11 File explorer. Is there any easier method available?

To quickly reload folders in Windows 11 File Explorer, press F5 or click the Refresh button in the toolbar. This updates contents instantly, showing new, deleted, or modified files without reopening the folder.
