How to save Instagram videos in device storage?

I have uploaded one video on my IG, now I want to send it to my friend who does not use IG, but I am not able to download the video. Can someone suggest me the ways?

To save Instagram videos to your device storage, you can’t download them directly from the app unless they’re your own. For your videos, go to your profile, open the post, tap the three dots, and select “Save to device.” For other videos, use third-party apps or websites—copy the video link, paste it into the tool, and download.   • Select “Save to device” or “Download”.
    
• For other users' videos:
