To screenshot on a laptop with keys, press PrtScn to capture the whole screen or Alt + PrtScn for just the active window. On Windows 10/11, Windows + Shift + S opens the Snipping Tool for more control. Without keys, you can use built-in tools like Snipping Tool or Snip & Sketch—just search for them in the Start menu and use your mouse to capture the screen.
