You can't directly view the full list of subscribers to a YouTube channel unless they have made their subscriptions public. If a subscriber has their subscriptions set to private, you won't be able to see them. However, channel owners can view the number of subscribers on their YouTube Studio page, but not a detailed list unless subscribers' settings allow it.
To view your subscribers on YouTube, you need to go to YouTube Studio then sign in, on the menu bar, click on ‘Analytics’. Next, click the “Audience” tab on the header. You will see the list of subscribers, but only the public one is displayed.
