How to sign out of YouTube account from another device?

I have recently come to know that my YouTube account is signed in on other devices. Can anyone help me find out how to sign out my YouTube account from other devices?

To sign out of your YouTube account from another device:

1. Go to myaccount.google.com on any browser.
2. Under "Security", tap “Your devices”.
3. Find the device and tap “Sign out” next to it.
