How to Start Dell Laptop?

My device seems completely unresponsive even when plugged into the charger, and the power button isn't lighting up. Does anyone have a troubleshooting guide on how to start dell laptop units that are stuck in a black screen state?

To start a Dell laptop, first ensure it’s plugged in or has sufficient battery. Press the power button once. Wait for the Dell logo to appear on the screen. The laptop will begin booting into the operating system. If it doesn’t start, check the charger, battery, and try a hard reset by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

In order to boot a Dell laptop, one needs to plug in the charger when necessary, open the lid, and press the power button which is usually located above the keyboard or even on the side. Wait unto the Dell logo, as the system boots up. It does not start, check battery charge, power cable, or hold power button to restart.
