How to temporarily deactivate Instagram with my phone?

I am taking a break from Instagram, probably forever, I don't know. I only have my phone available so kindly guide me for the necessary steps to temporarily deactivate Instagram.

You can’t deactivate Instagram from the app, but you can do it from your phone’s browser:

1. Open a browser (like Chrome) and go to instagram.com.
2. Log in, go to your profile, then tap “Edit Profile.”
3. Scroll down and tap “Temporarily deactivate my account”, choose a reason, and confirm.
