Tap Find My iPhone. Toggle Find My iPhone Off. Enter your Apple ID password to confirm. Tap Turn Off. On iCloud (if you don't have your iPhone): Go to iCloud.com and log in with your Apple ID. Click Find iPhone. Select All Devices and choose your iPhone. Click Remove from Account (if the device is offline) OR Erase iPhone first, then remove it. Why Turn Off Find My iPhone?
