How to turn off mouse acceleration on Windows?

I have recently noticed that my mouse is set on acceleration. Can anyone help me to turn it off? I am not used to it.

Go to Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Options tab. Uncheck "Enhance pointer precision" to disable mouse acceleration. Click Apply, then OK. This gives you more consistent cursor movement, especially useful for gaming.
