How to unlink facebook and Instagram accounts from phone?

I have a new account that I want to link but need to unlink the previous one, so can anyone tell me how to unlink facebook and instagram?

To unlink Facebook and Instagram on your phone:

On Instagram:

1. Open Instagram and go to your profile.
2. Tap the 3 lines in the top-right corner and select Settings.
3. Tap Account > Linked Accounts.
4. Select Facebook and tap Unlink.

On Facebook:

1. Open Facebook and tap the 3 lines in the top-right (or bottom-right on iPhone).
2. Go to Settings > Apps and Websites.
3. Find Instagram and tap Remove.

To unlink Facebook and Instagram on your phone, open Instagram and go to Settings > Account Center > Accounts. Tap on the account you want to remove and it will be select and then click on remove. Confirm the unlinking process. Disconnection of your accounts will result in disconnect of accounts but will not delete any shared content.
