How to unlock iPhone passcode without computer or Face ID?

I screwed up big time. I forgot the passcode on the day I setup face ID and my iPhone doesn't recognize me anymore because of nose surgery. How can I enter into my iPhone once again?

If you want to unlock your iPhone passcode without a computer or Face ID, unfortunately, there’s no official Apple method that bypasses the passcode without using one of the two. Apple prioritizes security, so to unlock a locked iPhone, you typically need either Face ID, the correct passcode, or a computer to reset the device through iTunes or Finder. However, if you're using iOS 15.2 or later, you might see a "Forgot Passcode?" option after several failed attempts—tap it and use your Apple ID password to erase and reset the phone directly on the device. Just make sure the iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.

Here are the few steps you have to follow to fix your issues within in very short period:
  • On the lock screen, enter wrong passcodes until “Erase iPhone” appears.
  • Tap Erase iPhone.
  • Confirm by tapping Erase iPhone again.
  • Enter your Apple ID password.
  • iPhone resets and unlocks.

You can't unlock an iPhone passcode without a computer or Face ID for security reasons; your only option is to reset it via iCloud’s "Find My iPhone" feature if enabled.

Unlocking an iPhone passcode without a computer or Face ID is possible, but it always involves erasing all data and settings on the iPhone. There's no "bypass" that keeps your data intact if you don't know the passcode or have Face ID/Touch ID enabled and working.
