Windows Update (Easy): Settings - Update & Security - Windows Update - Check for updates. In case there is an available display driver it will install; restart PC.
Device Manager (Manual) Right click Start-Device Manager-Display adapters-Right click on your Graphics card- Update Driver-Search Automatically. Restart if prompted.
Install manufacturer (recommended with GPUs): Visit the support page of NVIDIA/AMD/Intel or the manufacture of your laptop, download the latest driver to your model, run the installer and restart.
In terms of consistency: can create a system restore point before installing any major drivers and when a new driver points out to be a problematic one, can rollback in Device Manager, by clicking on Properties, Driver, Roll Back Driver.
