HP Chromebook not turning on?

Hi everyone, my HP Chromebook is not turning on at all. I’ve tried charging it but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions on what I should do?

I had this happen with my HP Chromebook once, try holding the power button for like 10–15 seconds to force a reset, and if that doesn’t work, plug it in and check if any light comes on at all.

If your HP Chromebook is unable to boot up, your first action is to charge it for at least 30 minutes. Try a hard reset by holding the refresh key + power button. Examine the charger and the power outlet. In case the screen remains black, connect a third-party display or support contact- it may be a battery problem or a hardware problem.
