I keep seeing Hulu we encountered an error when switching profiles whenever I try to switch accounts. Has anyone else faced this issue and figured out a way to fix it?

I don’t think it’s an update issue like others are saying. I’m pretty sure it’s Hulu’s backend freaking out. Happens across devices at the same time. My phone, Roku, and laptop all threw the same profile error. So yeah, not your device. Hulu just needs to fix their stuff.
