Is anyone else having issues with their Logitech G305?

I’ve been experiencing inconsistent clicks/lag with my Logitech G305 and can’t figure out the cause. I’ve tried new batteries and re-pairing the receiver but the issue persists. Has anyone run into this and found a fix?

Indeed, a lot of other people have complained about the Logitech G305. The most frequent complaints are double-clicking, particularly with the left click, dips or disconnections in wireless connections, and occasionally poor build quality, such as a loose battery cover. Troubleshooting techniques including software updates, battery checks, and mouse cleaning can frequently fix these problems.

Yes, problems with the G305 are frequently reported by users. Random disconnections and stuttering (which are frequently caused by interference or battery placement) and the well-known Logitech issue of the left-click double-clicking after some use are the most common complaints.

Yes, many people have issues with the Logitech G305. The most common problems are double-clicking, clicks not registering, sensor skipping, and wireless stuttering. These usually happen due to worn-out switches, interference with the receiver, or firmware bugs. Cleaning the mouse, updating firmware, moving the USB receiver closer, or contacting Logitech for replacement often helps.

Dongle interfering with the sensor or causing firmware glitches lead to many users repeatedly trying to double-click in order to make the monitor react, or turn on due to a connection drop. The fixes could be to update the firmware, change the switch, move the receiver nearer or use a USB extension.
