Is T-Mobile Home Internet good for streaming videos?

Hello everyone, I recently started using T-Mobile Home Internet and while it’s been pretty decent overall, I’ve been noticing some buffering and quality drops when streaming videos, especially during peak hours. I'm not sure if it's just me or if others have experienced the same issue. Any suggestions or tips to improve this?
 
Yes, users state download speeds of about 45 Mbps during busy hours and up to 400 Mbps at other times, which is good for streaming HD/4K videos; on the other hand, higher latency may interfere with online games.
