Is the latest amd software adrenalin edition stable for older RX 500 series cards?

I am planning to update my drivers this weekend, but I’ve seen mixed reviews on various tech subreddits. I want to know if the amd software adrenalin edition released this month has any specific bugs related to Polaris architecture, or if the performance improvements are mostly targeted at the RDNA 3 lineup. I’m particularly worried about potential "driver timeout" errors during heavy load in titles like Warzone or Cyberpunk.

It’s pretty clear AMD is putting the RX 500 series in the rearview mirror. Most of these "performance improvements" in the patch notes are strictly for RDNA 3 and the new 9000 series. For us, a "new driver" usually just means new ways for Adrenalin to crash.
