Is the Razer DeathAdder V3 actually comfortable for long gaming sessions?

I have been using an old mouse and I intend to buy the razer deathadder v3. I have heard most of the accolades on its lightweight nature and sensor precision, particularly in competitive games such as Valorant and CS2. However, in other forums, the users reported that there is a problem with the grip adjustment in case you possess smaller hands. I also read some posts that people had scroll wheel issues after several months of use. Whether anyone has it, what was your experience with it in durability and comfort?

If you have small hands, stay away. It’s like trying to steer a surfboard with a toothpick. I tried to make it work for a week and my wrist was screaming. Great sensor, but the ergonomics are strictly for the "giant hands" club.
