Is the sony fx30 projector a good choice for a dedicated home cinema setup?

I am looking into upgrading my theater room and came across the sony fx30 projector as a potential option. I need detailed specs on the lumen output and contrast ratios for the sony fx30 projector, especially for rooms that aren't perfectly dark. If anyone owns a sony fx30 projector, could you share your experience regarding fan noise and bulb life?

Actually, there’s a mix up here: the Sony FX30 projector doesn’t exist the FX30 is a pro cinema camera, not a projector. In case you are planning to upgrade your home theater, then you are likely to consider the VPL laser projector product line of Sony, such as the VPL -XW5000ES. Those models suit best in the room that is not absolute black since they reach approximately 2,000 lumens of brightness and remarkable contrast. Besides, they operate on a laser light source rather than a bulb, which means that you can have about 20,000 hours of operation with virtually no noise as a result of a fan!
