I’m trying to find out if YouTube offers a YouTube TV student discount. Does anyone know whether it exists, and if not, are there any alternative discounts or deals for students?

Discounted student-rate applies, however, to NFL Sunday Ticket only (purchased through YouTube/YouTube TV), and not to the full plan of YouTube TV base.
