Is There an Easy Way to Adjust Display Settings and How to Change Contrast on Lenovo Flex 5 Ideapad?

My laptop has a screen that is either too dull or too bright at times depending on the light situation. I have been looking for how to change contrast on lenovo flex 5 ideapad , yet, in settings, there is no direct contrast option. Is that managed using Windows, Intel graphics or otherwise?

Open Settings > System > Display to adjust brightness, scale, and resolution. For contrast, open Intel Graphics Command Center or AMD Radeon Settings, depending on your model, and change contrast under Display/Color. You can also enable High Contrast in Settings > Accessibility. Update graphics drivers if options are missing there.
