Horizontal flickering lines on my laptop screen - Is the LCD dying?

So, I woke up today, opened my Dell XPS, and suddenly there are these thin, flickering laptop lcd lines running across the bottom third of the screen. They seem to change color depending on what background I have open (mostly white or green).

I’ve already tried:

1. Restarting (obviously).
2. Updating the Intel UHD graphics drivers.
3. Checking if the lines appear in the BIOS (They DO appear there too).

Does this mean it’s definitely a hardware issue? I’m really hoping it’s just a loose ribbon cable and not a full panel replacement because this thing is just out of warranty. If I squeeze the bezel slightly, the lines flicker more. Has anyone had luck fixing this without sending it to a repair shop?
