"User-friendly for non-technical users" is marketing speak for "it has a button that says Start." In all fairness, the UI is cleaner than most migration tools, but you still need to know your way around O365 admin credentials.

Does it actually keep the folder hierarchy? Every time I try a manual export, everything just ends up in one giant "Inbox" folder and it drives my users insane.
