One of them said that the unbanned g plus was used to gain access to some Google related functionality in restricted networks but I cannot find any clear information about it. Is this a workaround or a mirror site or some type of tool? I am attempting to know whether it is safe or not or infringing some policies. In case one has had personal experience, I would like a detailed explanation.
