ftdibus.sys is a Windows driver used by FTDI USB-to-serial devices (like adapters, Arduino boards, etc.), and it basically helps your PC communicate with that hardware. Errors usually happen when the driver is outdated, corrupted, or conflicts with Windows updates or other drivers. I’ve personally seen it crash systems after plugging in a cheap USB adapter with bad drivers. Updating or reinstalling the FTDI driver, or removing problematic devices, usually fixes it.
